...s no work life balance and even you've to work on Saturday and Sunday sometimes. old and boring projects and their is no appraisals and bonus. just work work and work. they can fire you without any notice they can delay your FNF they can do anything. basically they have cheap mentality. company is full of politics everybody is their to pull your legs. don't go with 5 stars reviws and pizza party pictures on linkedin it's a trap and to fool new joiners. and on worst case scenario if you've joined this company stay away from a guy bunny gupta he is a snake and bootlicker of founders.

...y don't have any kind of Policies, they change their policies according to them. They never pay you your complete salary when you'll leave. Many experienced employees faced these issues in this company. No Support from HR, HR will work according to Director. This is really worst experience company ever get. They can call you in weekends also when they need.

Work Culture is super cool and you have a great floor of learnings. Leadership, specially Hemant and Naval are the best mentors and they are always there to appreciate and promote your efforts.

There are No dislikes but I believe there is room for improvement, Particularly in terms of transportation convenience. if the company were to provide a cab service to the nearby metro station, it would greatly enhance the overall experience.
