Extreme micromanaging from the founder, very disrespectful and toxic environment. Usage of abusive language in day to day communication is a top down approach here. They hold payments of vendors after getting the work done and leave the employee on the front line to answer the vendor threats. Everything in this organisation works based on the limited knowledge and whims and fancies of the founder. No leader can survive this place, unless you are Founder's pet. Be with marketing, product, or any other department, the founder of this company sits with this so-called friend circle in the boardroom to rip apart all expertise. Investors have put their chips on wrong leader and working here has a very adverse effect on one's career as well as well-being.

Most toxic work culture. They dont even keep tissue paoer in the cafeteria as employess use it a lot.Wortst management. Everyone including the CEO are toxic like anything. Take a leave of more than 2 days and you will receive millions of texts fromt he CEO.
