All is good about this company all managers are good who display very good behavior towards all employees.

Dislikes

Nothing to dislike all good in terms of salary (well paid), working hours (good and no issues, extra pay given) and good company culture as they listen to and value their customers a lot as well as answer all employee queries, complaints and provide timely feedback.

Nothing is good about this company except from some managers who are display good behavior towards me.

Dislikes

Worst company in terms of salary (underpaid), working hours (overtime with no extra pay) and worst culture as they don't listen and value their customers as well as employees queries, complaints and feedback.

There is nothing to like about this organisation. - One of the most toxic work culture - As a manager you can treat anyone the way you like - Clusless and confused CEO - Miser management. they will deduct your money wherever possible.

- Unecessary pressure is created. - They want google class work with interns. - very depressing culture. - HR in this compnay is the biggest scam - They didnt even reimburse an official trip - take more than two days leave and the CEO will show you how important you are to the oranisation. he will makee your holiday hell. - Someone's dad expired from family- The CEO texts the employee after a week and enquired when are coming back to office. Toxicity at its height - If the CEO gives suggestion to one of your work and the CEO gives suggestion on it. later he will tell that he was the one who did the task not the emplyee. - Very inseucre employess- back stabbing and politics. - One of the most incompetent fiannce and HR department - HR will unnecessarily disturb you

Retention offer
Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
