It’s a pathetic company to work. In short lala company. Your superior will make you work like a slave and they enjoy their job, power and designation. Do not join this company else your career will be ruined.

The staff is very supportive especially Accounts manager, Sr. Executive Hr, Admin & the receptionist, Sales team, Dispatch dept, are very good, supportive down to earth to help any employee, very friendly culture.

Dislikes

few past Hr Managers were pathetic, zero knowledge about work, simply mistakes even no knowledge of net or gross salary,you tube seekers good on face but back bitching and spreading negative about the employees, even for them who were close to them.

I will never suggest this company beware of Otic Hearing Solutions, I have a bad experience in this company, no growth, no job satisfaction, managers are not supporting worst management and they don't know how to handle customers and how to develop their subordinates, if problem will come immediately managers escaping and critisiging their subordinates anyhow I will not suggest this company and also it's not a direct manufacturing company it's 3rd party company because they are selling other company products in India, so if you want to grow please choose better option
