Bhawan group they hire employees in very low wages in the junior and executive label and there is now salary review once you get promoted, your designation might change but your salary will never change, this trend started since 2016, employees has given their 10 yrs + to the company but now that has no value your salary remains basic

Salary and promotion are given as complementary, management will not see your heard work and skill and your achievements No proper salary revision

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
