No work culture or corporate culture. Abusive language. No salary timing, they will force you to resign and not give you remaining salary.

No job security. Management issues like they will not provide you salary slips etc docs on time even given reminders again and again. Mr. Chauhan who was ABM here, sometimes he used abuse language to the staff and pressurized them to do billing to distributors. This is Lala type company, anytime they can ask for your resignation.

I highly recommend that no one should work in this organization. Very pathetic culture and they are also not able to provide the monthly salary on a regular basis. They have not given a appraisal to us from last 2 years and this the main reason most of the employee quit this organization. They have also not credited our pf amount from last 1 and half years ....

It's a new setup, new market , so providing opportunities to develop a new brand in very competitive tea market.

Dislikes

It's facing financial crises in day to day expenses, but tea market required strong financial support to got a space in racks of shops.
