...y and your managers and head flip that client to there name and started working. They just attract you with there salary benefits but dont even pay you your allowance on time. Poor management poor work culture, management don't even look at your email and calls and problem. If you are complaining about your manager of poor work culture they will fire you but not even listen to your problems, big no to this company

Your colleagues are good. Otherwise all you manager and head just doing politics don't even appreciate your work. Don't even listen what you are trying to say. Management is very poor.

I don't understand the negative reviews here from the people but to me it reflects more of a personal shortcoming as an individual rather then Companies itself. I've been a proud member of OT Solutions Tech for the past year and a half, and my journey here has been nothing short of exceptional. I like the people I work with and culture they have here in Indore office. I do enjoy freedom of speak and voicing concerns which actually gets heard here. The management team at OT Solutions Tech is generally approachable and supportive. They offer guidance and opportunity for growth.

While there are some minor areas of improvement but no doubt this company is dedicated to its employees improvement and growth if employees are wiling to work with dedication.

I like the work environment except some co-workers and very negative because they are as good as others. The owner is very nice and personally invested in employees success and always ready to help.

Not much only if they can start the food catering again but than I understand that due to COVID reasons.

If you work, you will be rewarded handsomely. Great opportuinities for growth. Leadership that leads by example, truly setting the bar high. Inspires the team to grow financially.
