job is not much challenging, easy going managers, good work life balance, not much extra work timings.

Dislikes

Company doesn't have a clear policy on performance appraisal doesn't offer career growth to employees. All the decisions are taken single handedly by CMD and HR policies are also modified according to whims of top management. Employee gets surprises from management.
