...ork culture is so bad ,No upper management take action.its just a LALA company .No salary high ,they recruit so many people in one batch and then they fire in just 6 months without any reason .If you are staying out of city they call you in every 15 days .p

...ingle project in last 10 years. lot of approval is pending. Hire an fire policy. Salary not coming on time. They have not deposited PF since April'23. If you are working, beware to join. They hire good talent from the other industry on the name of Vardhman Textile. Don't ruin your carrier. Many positions in middle management are not sustainable since many years.

There is a good opportunity for career growth and good salary package.As I'm a biginner I have been learn lot of things about Mechanical engineering department's work .I have been also learn R&D laboratory machinery.Overall company is very good and readily adopts new technology.

There is no proper walking roads means to say that there should be good road in the company's campus.

The company is open to innovation and readily latest technology.The markets reliable , high quality products and has a global client base. As a result, was good.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow . The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 12 to 16 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.
