Work environment is very good supportive seniors and canteen is very clean and good food salary on time increments also on performance basis

Most of the time sunday working but we will take it as a alternate holiday

There is nothing to like only there is harrasment of employees moral and effieceny

Its was great to work with my teammates some of them were GET and most of them experienced who were my seniors. I worked there from oct2012 to oct2014. In 2012 to 2013 environment was excellent. But as came 2013 to 2014 a plant head came and changed all the environment and made it the worst ever. Not to waste too much time i want to finish my review with the words that please don't join the group if you are currently working in a challenging group. Stay there wherever you r. Thanks

Job security, less salary package, 12 hours duty of staff and fixed overtime for 4 hrs of 3 thousand

Scope of improvement is too much, so for learning it is good, but there are no trainings.

People and teams keep on changing, attrition rate is high because working culture is governed by a single person

Good working environment and culture. Teammates and supporting staff is good. Company policies are good. There is huge cafeteria and gaming acade for chilling.

Dislikes

On job training is not given for new joinees . Lot of company policy and management doesn't adrees our issues.
