Groupism & polities by some old employees. Managers are just puppet, admin department is absolutely spineless. Paradise for the people involved in groupism, hell for the people not involved in groupism. Recently they have sacked Sales Manager without any notice. Don't ever think of joining.

OSL is good if compared to the beginers. But being a old company it don't entertain employees proper growth, no rules and regulations from companys end for their employees. Yes its that you can learn while working there as environment is good due to employees behaviour. Job security is NIL, any employee can be sacked at any point of time Nothing called as travel in the organisation. Work life balance is found no where but yes innovation was in continious process.

Firstly job security should be there for all kinds of employees either junior or senior Carrier growth should be taken very seriously with totally zero percent politics. Proper leave and holidays should be given to their employees. Taking
