My employers offers several on-job training's that enhances capacity development/building of every ECDE teacher in the school. The employer equally offers free hand to every teacher thus boosting their performance. On terms of service, my employer has good medical scheme for the employees and equally has good pension/saving plan for each and every Employee. The employer recognizes each and every teachers effort and reward them according. At the close of every year, my employer offer staffs some small incentives. These factors makes me rate my employer as the BEST if not best.

Ever changing board, their philosophies, too much internal polictics which hampers educational growth of the institution.NO work life balance and poor treatment of staff.

There is collegiality, staff training and development both from local and international trainers, good work environment and a lot of innovation in terms of latest technology being intergrated in teaching and learning.

Dislikes

salary increment does not reflect the current economic trend.
