The South ASM Vasupalli Yellaji worst person. He had giving wrong commitment . Why I was mentioned his name bcz of him I lost 50k. Previously I worked for one of the best company . Oshea ASM south zone Vasupalli YELLAJI has approached me and he said to join me in this company. There is no pressure and no Torcher and also he said he will give the my previous company 15days salary don't worry.,which means he said he will provide the full salary so I trusted him and given resignation to my old job. After I joined in Oshea company a few days later I came to know from his mouth that there is no secure in job in this company. I'm be the source of my family I told him that sir I'm unable to continue if no security to my job in this company. So I told him that I'm unable to continue. He had given a advice to write a mail that my old company is not settlement my fnf amount and salary. If I write a mail like this he said he will provide my full month salary, then I decided and sent a mail according his guidance. Now he is not lifting my phn calls and not giving reply to my Msgs. He seeing my Msgs but not giving reply and not lifting my calls. bcz of him I had left my previous job and lost 50k. I sent a msg to him that don't cheat people and don't give wrong commitment.

In a word I would say Oshea Herbals is a good company to start your career, specialy if you want to grow in little time with a maturity!! But in long term case It's not a perfect one to go with.

Financial credibility is not soo good.

Most growing herbal brand... Skin &haircare category. Well accepted across India. Remuneration linked with performance. Highly innovative.. 10 new products in every year.

Dislikes

Not strong financially.. to invest on growing situation, Expenses is shooting than Revenue.
