Lala Company that runs on WhatsApp. Zero work ethics. Actually it’s not a company but a super dealer who has invested in market but don’t know how to run business. Inner parasites are there who are not letting the firm grow. Hire and fire company. Every month they fire some employees without any notice. Company employees have open their own dealership and selling Oscar products . People from accounts have share with dealers. No compliance and HR is there.

Executive Assistant to Director is useless, The company Director don't understand the basic difference between a lab technician and retail Chemist , managers including NSM , ASM are not supportive as when required but instead of helping giving uneccessary working pressure

i have worked for them for 3 months and they told me to leave the company without telling me the reason and not even did settlement they have my two month expenses and one month salary and NSM dont know how to talk with employees and now he is not taking my phone calls

It is a great exp. working with Oscar medicare pvt. ltd.i have been ten years, working in it, i have not had any problems,but now it will be a lot of time. i thought i should learn somthing further, i am thinking of changing in it.
