Everything, our CMD is so humble and down-to-earth personality I have ever seen.

There is no any crosse examination at the time of resign. No one asked why are you resign. Your team leader will decide how long you are there.. The team leader will force you to resign if you want or not. Even HR will give you warning letter but your senior will continue sly force you to resign. Therefore he knows his unethical activity will disclose if you are there.. if you want to be stable there, you have to just keep and silence.. If you are trying to say or ask anything about wrong and right. You will be fired by your senior.
