Working with this organisation to get a lots of new technical things but according to the work salary is too low.

... And some time Orpak is hiring new employee for senior position even they've. 1. Salary is not so good. 2. Job is not secure. 3. No any Promotion. 4. No any good Management. 5. Increment is not so good according to the experienced.

Its overall good, field job mostly where you have to visit the sites and resolve the issue

HR Policy, TADA issue, they release but there is no fix date monthly wise scheduled.. HR not solve query at times

Work environment is very bad specially with Gilbarco (GVR), bad work culture, GVR managers setting in Mumbai HO are worst, they don't have enough technical knowledge to guide the executives, worst logistics, no job security, no respect, no training, no technical support, no growth.
