I have been working with Orkeats, for the last 6 months, and my method of selling is changing and day by day improving with the concept of Prashant. I always wait for him in the meeting and just love to listen to his ideas about growth. At such a young age, he has a clear vision, focus, and hard work. I remember I was having a problem with one deal, which I wanted to crack. I texted him at 5 AM, and within 5 minutes, he sent me a meeting link, and he solved my problem.

I made my lifelong friends here. No complants.

Shifts are planned well; every requirement is fulfilled by the company to make beautiful videos; the company needs quality and does not care about money. Flexible timings, working with a good team. All teammates are good. Prashant is always happy to listen to my ideas of working, and he adds improvements with his experience.

They ensure no one is overworked, even during rush hours.

Likes

Company is growing well in a very short time. I can learn a lot about opening a new cloud kitchen and fund management. Family and work are both balanced. No pressure. Very easy to work.

Dislikes

There is a possibility to change the region, like north to south, south to west. If we said not possible to HR, she said resign. No alternate option.

I am handling the investment part as a BDM. Sale is easy, as everything is properly documented and fulfilled. Bonuses are well structured; I felt happy when I was announced as Employee of the Month, and the whole team celebrated this success.
