The team leads are often unprofessional, creating a toxic environment that drags everyone down. They trap employees with a ridiculous three-year bond, promising training in the offer letter but never delivering, and then have the audacity to terminate people without any notice. The management is incompetent, leading to a disorganized and chaotic workplace where hard work is barely recognized or compensated fairly. It's a place where dedication and effort go unnoticed, making it an utterly demoralizing experience.
