Working at OrisysIndia is frustrating because the internal politics are unbearable, with favoritism running rampant and management playing favorites without any regard for merit. The team leads are often unprofessional, creating a toxic environment that drags everyone down. They trap employees with a ridiculous three-year bond, promising training in the offer letter but never delivering, and then have the audacity to terminate people without any notice. The management is incompetent, leading to a disorganized and chaotic workplace where hard work is barely recognized or compensated fairly. It's a place where dedication and effort go unnoticed, making it an utterly demoralizing experience.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
