Management hire many candidates. But they will not provide team allocation and waiting for a long time to get allocated and work pressure is high and appraisal delay also variable pay is also pending. Don't join this company.

Own time salary.Management is good and they have strong financial stability and one of the growing IT company .

Useless Inactive HR department they won't respond your queries they only send mails to cut your salary . Very high internal politics especially in operations teams , Groupism and discrimination is on peak due to internal politics. TL always try protect some people because they have a gang in team ...like old friends , roommates .If we made a small mistakes they only highlight such mistakes but never value your hardwork . TL continually provided bad remarks and they will Target you personally.

Hike is pretty bad US team acts likes boss and they will expect India team to work 24 hrs. Culture is not that good and overall no overtime or hike according to the work expected to do.
