On time salary until I left in March 2024.

Dislikes

Greedy higher management, they even eat your bonus amount. Hell work life balance. No recognition or motivation & managers do lot of politics with juniors. And they have kept an HR who doesn't even know the "H" of Human resources. Better to work in a call centre than working in this circus.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

This is the best company i have ever seen,starting from there working culture till there supportive nature. if anyone wants to start there career as a fresher orion is the best for them and yes we can learn a lot from the seniors as they are so corporative......
