I can guarnette you that all entry level call center job is on minimum wages, which is “fair enough” for such an entry level job. However, the expectation is HIGH!, usually it goes like this: They expect you to work the moment you clock in, not 9:05, not 9:01, but 9:00 am on the dot At 9:00am.! You are ready to take your first call, as opposed to “arrive into the office” or “waiting in the elevator”. So what they really mean is that you’ll have to be there in 8:45 am.
