- From learning point its okay because company following old methods of doing work and you have opportunity to develop new methods if you get support from manager, otherwise no opportunity to learn.

...joining. otherwise you will not get any offer or appointment letter in future. - salary always late and they definitely hold or deduct your salary giving any useless reason. - Abusive behaviour from superiors. - employees who are working are not ready to change themselves for better.. and they do not want to adapt new ways of working. - Attrition rate is so high that in every 6 month you will see new employee for same post. - No training policy.

I case working with this firm from last 4 years i have experience a lot thing with all benefits and have learned many things regarding all type of work procedures and in inspection work with third party and the people here are very much religious and help each other and give us opportunities to work forward and develop many things😊😊
