Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Very good team work and everyone on the top are very open minded.mangers are very kind to suburdinates and also the chua family which the owner of the company.they trained people about attitude.skills training and communication.salary no to much but when you work at oriental tin can you will become a a very good worker. CTS travels only around the country to visit customers , or in the oriental branches. Yes there is politics because of favoratism . Number one in OTC is training and exposure. The invironment is very good because the big boss is a very good mechanical inginneer. A very hands-on boss.i think Oriental is number one in innovation because they always find new. They are always looking for a challenge.Work life is a very good because working at Oriental is everyday challenge.
