Learned civil engineering works with the help of my seniors.Here you have full opportunity to learn and implement your ideas.Then after 2 years promoted to Assistant Civil Engineer and handled a very nice team which included GETs. Here, your career growth depends upon your senior.

Low salary and poor HR policies. All day work with no fix timings. Sometimes you have to work for more than 24 hrs.

Throughout the lockdown, Oriental have been very much supportive. They have given the salary of every month on time, take good care of all staff. This is one of the best construction companies one can think of.

This company is very bad in the name of salary hike and even after giving assurance of paying salary to the employees, salary will not be increased, this is the work system, in this company the salary is being increased only of those who
