Too much pressure to handle between work & personal life no time for personal 24*7 work & availability should be their no increments, no leave benifit, no expenses provided, on paper it's says 9hr whereas you have to work for 12-14 hrs still no salary growth, no job role fix you have to work for purchase, sales sometimes accounts as per my experience, even you are on leave you have to be available have work from phone
