Sir I am working this company more than 5 years I like this company very much but management zero skill General manager robbery man there is one Mr Alex what I tell this man he is the only one for this situation company now. I will company full mark for 37 years excellence,but management is very bad nowadays I heard lot of months salary pending more than one years

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more.
