The company is recently open for railway products which is knowledge oriented not for career oriented.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, Ihave to work 14-18 hours straight in a day, Managers do not value an individuals unique strengths, which is why i have to take back my suggestions most of the times.

Everything You will have to work like you are slave for them. No HR policies, HR is only for name. Excess pressure on individuals. You have to work everyday, there is a week off on saturday but you can't take untill management allows you.

There is nothing to like about the company due to management. Management thinks them selves God father of the company. Hence, no one would like to stay here. As per company we should get Free Food, Vehicle for transportation. But the quality of food is not up to the mark. And for transportation, we don't get vehicle on time Or at the time of need. But when it comes to management they just takes the vehicle with themselves for partying and enjoyment but if there is any person in need for hospital or any other urgency they don't provide and makes different excuses. On requesting multiple times we get pickup trucks despite having luxury vehicles at company premises.

Everything including the Management they treat you like a slave and job Security is zero you will get fired at any moment for not even your fault, technical development is zero , will be ask to do inappropriate work like inappropriate testing technical advisor is totally non technical. I would suggest you to not join this organisation because at the end of the day you need mental satisfaction
