My seniors are supportive. But at the same time pressure are too much higher as far as work is concern. That's I like about my present company

Salary is decent but i didn't get any benefits other than this. Also in pandemic time no salary was provided also now salary was coming on basic of work ( 50%)

... employees on company's payrole. Nowadays all are working here on offrole basis. There are negligible salary raises.

Dislikes

There is no proper process planning due to which a lot of time and energy is wasted in manufacturing processes. There are no allowances even for people who are working here from last 20 years.

It's worest company , machines are 2nd hand no proper working , mostly goes maintenance , supervisor is also worest but he is fix in company to pain for all workers , no permanent jobs , accuracy instruments are not provided , overall we don't get any knowledge in this company

No growth , cannot develop skills like 0 zero knowledge how many days to work
