This is the only civil company which does lay offs-Zero job security, do not join if they are offering contractual job. Also there HR’s do not support and will tell lot of lies. Toxic environment, zero learning, max appraisal is 10%, No work culture.

Groupings, No retention of assets, average employees getting double promotion, no systematic approach, Management takes decision for their benefit only , appraisal are not on time

Understaffed. No work life balance. False promises on job security Poor Team Management. No growth in Designation. False strategies for appraisal. Hard working staffs are overloaded. Lot of staffs do not perform and is not challenged by the management. Hence the hard workers to face the overload due to this.

OCI is a fast growing company in india which is working on different sectors like railways, city upgradation, eco system balance, infra projects. Company value our employees and their family too. Japanese culture is a very good advantages, everyone follow the company policy and ethics as well.

You could say. ''I enjoy my work so I never paid much attention to what I dislike. I just focused on what I love. '' but if that isn't true. ..
