...fo and avp account handle account ,but they have no knowledge . useless person . They think all employee salary get in my bank accounts . not proper ventilation , not proper documentation .

there is one avp account . who is no knowledgeable person . he is purely mental . bad culture , no proper light is work area . always dust is going in mouth . after work you will be treat as a begger . no proper ventilation , not proper light , not IT educated person , all time Mouse is going everywhere and cut the computer cable and paper .

Good working environment. Policies are good with fair appraisals ( somewhere biased).

Dislikes

Politics is there, career growth is slow if you are not reporting directly to management. Seniors think about themselves first.

The company works globally and now company is going to convert into RHI which is on of the largest refractory suppliers across the world. Its good for career growth and you will get chances to work across foreign countries

Dislikes

In start you have to work under contracto not as a company employee. In this case you will not getting ant facilities of the company and even company didnt care about employees who are working under contract base
