Poor working culture, Also you have to come in off days. Zero working life balance. There is no office timing of work, started from 8am but no fix of ending time, may be 7pm or 8pm or 9pm.

Started from basic of purchasing and get appreciated by seniors, get a lot of opportunities to learn everyday comes with a new chellenge. Nice accommodation Friendly working environment

Orient paper mills supports us during Lockdown very efficiently. They have not cut Any wages during Covid 19 lockdown. Everything is great except Manpower Structure.

Manpower structure is very poor. Management is so selfish.

God work environment culture teammates are supportive and the management is transparent there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilli company policies are good appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.

Every senior's are goods they have much more knowledge about electrical field and Always teach everyone.

Sitting arrangement is not good they do not follow the social distancing between employees and other candidates and also do not provide mask and sanitizer to apprentice Holder .
