There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

...m interested in honest and hard work so if any organization is given well groth. Orient organization is given Salary package is good but apprisal system is not good mostly fifth number. Company is provided hired vehicle's and door to door pick up and droping facility.

Sales team domination is high, No identity is given for Services department. Too many top management, No integrity among Top management which creating Too much pressure to ground level staff. No worklife balance, All of sudden top management calls in your personal time and ask for work.

Appraisal need to be more transparent, inter collaboration can get improve, ,salary was average for engineer which were passed out from premium institute (like NIT's) . Need to integrate sport culture inside company.
