Nothing is special to say about the company.. It is typical one man show company .. No growth, innovation, Job responsibility , job enrichment , Job rotatation, It will expoil the career of the personal . Difficult to define as there is NO VISION& Mission of the company. Such organization have the money but lack class, training, education and empathy towards employees. They considered short term liabilities.. If plotted in the product life cycle curve, it is still introduction mode. Organization is not evolve and mature in terms of future growth of the bussiness. This company is future ambassador car ..

Dislikes

Intially, they had hired with handsome package but no promotion, and increment in terms of future growth since last 7 years. They have layoff regular employees in this pandemic although there is huge cement demand in the market and every regional player are earning are 3-4 fold compared to previous years. Getting Great place of work title is the marketing gimmick to enhance brand value in the corporate as well as share market.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Sales team domination is high, No identity is given for Services department. Too many top management, No integrity among Top management which creating Too much pressure to ground level staff. No worklife balance, All of sudden top management calls in your personal time and ask for work.

Work culture, believe in sustainable, manage in each condition ( good or bed), Good environment, management is quite transparent, company policies are okay,

Appraisal need to be more transparent, inter collaboration can get improve, ,salary was average for engineer which were passed out from premium institute (like NIT's) . Need to integrate sport culture inside company.
