The plant is designed and commissioned by EIL and has best equipments. Everyone here has an opportunity to learn and prove. I also have an additional responsibility of management representative to implement and maintain ISO 9001:2015 QMS. And hence inspite of my job in production I learned about mechanical and electrical engineering and now working as Manager maintenance. Company culture and Work life balance is so good that the employee retention is too high.

Dislikes

Compensation is good, work environment is decent but company growth is slow or not at all growing in respect of sales, as there comes ban or restriction on use of thermocol from government. Plant is old and you have work with old version equipments and instruments.
