Mostly the overall culture and the management. Management never thought about the employee. And there are no particular dicision maker on that plant. Increment process was also very bad. After resign, it is almost 4 months pass away till now they are not clear my FNF. And about experience letter they asked me to came to the head office and have to sign a non-disclosure form (in which a point have been mentioned that "An employee can't join any company those who have O-PVC or PVCO product for atleast 2 years".) If they asked me to sign that non-disclosure form at the time of joining that was ok but after resign they asked me to do signature and only after that they will provide the experience letter. This thing is not only happen to me. it is going on from last 8-9 months almost.

Nothing of such kind for which one can stay here for long period of time. But since in Kolkata job opportunities are too less, one do not have any choice other then to continue..

Dislikes

No training at all, no job security (you would be asked for show cause or resign on even small mistake & too often), no such career growth (on the same position hod r working for more then 10 years), salary always on time, policies and rules r made to break by seniors, too much politics in office by older employees & seniors, no time to leave office).

I joined in this company as a tranee. A lot of things I gain from this company as Like m/c handling ,trouble shooting ability ,pvc compounding and good knowledge of hdpe pipe. Company give ME lot of chance for New innovation. All the seniors help me for growing in technical field. Here is good teammates facility for any new things and during break down Of any m/c.

I happy with working in this company .But finential growth is slow.

It is a good company , the most Prominent Old Name in Plastic Pipe & fitting manufacturing company , It already celebrated more than Most Than 55 Glorious Yea rof his Journey.

No hearing of any issue related to juniors specially if it is related to a women not ,if you are ready to compromise you are welcomed otherwise they show you how bad the management is
