I have enjoyed five years at the company & found it to be fulfilling & rewarding experience

Dislikes

1. While I received "Going Extra Mile" award, I believe the company could enhance the impact of such recognition by inviting award recipients to relevant events & celebrating their achievements publicly rather than sharing certificate on WhatsApp. 2. Separation Process - My resignation experience could have been significantly smoother. Despite submitting my resignation, the company did not formally accept it for a month, and during that period, my salary and travel allowance (TADA) placed on hold without prior communication. Implementing a more transparent & timely resignation acceptance process would be beneficial for both employees and company's image 3. F&F settlement is still pending and hopefully will be done within 45days as per the policy said by HR (will share how my F&F went once its done) 4. I recommend readily accessible separation policy documents for improved clarity & employee support during the exit process
