They do not (yet) monitor bathroom breaks and give leaves when you have problems. This should be baseline and not a pro but there are many other companies that micromanage more. But Orcimed is catching up on this front.

Dislikes

1) Retributive management 2) The CEO does not behave like a CEO. He can be seen crying about some associate who takes more leaves than otherwise. 3) Nexus HR: the HR has no independence and is just another tool for upper management. Nobody trusts the HR to help them if the management is being unfair. The head of HR is like Cruella, if you as a team lead did not parrot upper management, she will corner you. All policies will bend whichever way suits management. 4) Communication: the upper management doesn’t even care about what to say and what not to say. They will be seen crying around that they don’t have money so they won’t be able to replace anyone who leaves. They will say they don’t get much billing because they got lowballed. 5) No investment in learning: the people here are forced to work hard so much they think they are learning so much. In reality this is just body trading. They keep throwing you around from one activity to the other and demand you to meet impossible deadlines and scold you when you don’t meet quality as a result. You don’t get time to think what you are doing. They don’t care about building experts. They just want bootlickers. 6) Lack of direction in leadership is apparent.

Who will be having any likes about the company. The company' management style is a masterclass in micromanagement, stiffling any ounce of creativity or autonomy. The so called incharge seem to indulge in making arbitrary decisions leaving employees irritated and frustated Termination process is shredded in mystery creating an atmosphere of constant fear and uncertainty. There is a tale in the company where one employee who works fantastically good comparatively to the bootlickers of the managers. In order to reduce the head count, these people have cunningly put the employee into PIP, though the employee was doing good in PIP (which had made them surprised), they removed the employee without any notice prior of completion of PIP. They are a literal school teachers in everything. They are the most unprofessional people and their HR is so mean and rude even in behaviour and their communication. WFH requests are met with resounding "NO" as if flexibility is a alienated concept for them. Strict timings felt more like a punishment of headmaster rather than a structured routine and every aspect of your work is subjected to unwarranted checks. A place where professional growth and job satisfaction is to die.

People should not have families, they should be available for them all the time even after extended work hours we should not deny that we cannot work. We should always be like Command my king and I rest my time for you. There should be no personal life and we should always obey and work for them. For the first time I thought being male is somewhat good. The organization is around 70% female which I appreciate but they have whole another level of dominance, Here the saying of Woman is women's biggest enemy has come true. If you are male you would be surprised by silly and irrelevant explanations or excuses by the management to ask you to work. They would say you are male so you can stay late and work, females need to go and they provide cabs only for female employee if we cross late hours at ofc. Male employee gaya chakki peesne. They wont consider equality Work prssure

The worst company you could ever find. Here people favor their liked candidates only. Team would be run by juniors and seniors are at utter disrespect. Worst management ever. Leaves won't be approved they would make you beg for 10 times and the silliest part is CEO involves in approving the leaves. Managers are namesake.

Everything. They say we can work from home and they won't even approve. Even for sick leave people are very mean. All shit lies in that company They would say we are not micromanagement company - This is the highest micro management company I have ever seen. They even track your break time, look into CCTV and ask us the justification. Thankgod I have left, They say their motto is WE CARE - No they don't even care what your situation is. These people would dig out grave and ask the dead to come and work.
