Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

The management here is very supportive, managers are excellent, work culture is really good, HR policy is also genuine, work life balance is great. Incentive and bonuses is as per market.

I received a proposal from this company one day. I deliberately over whether to join for a while. I finally answered the call to join though. I feel very at ease there.I paid on time, and the work atmosphere is very friendly. Additionally, we receive gifts and a lot more during festivals. Very happy to be part of this company.
