When i've joined everything was smooth only front desk work I need to do but later on they've mde School a CALL CENTRE.

Dislikes

Pathetic work culture & very bad Management. Bad increment after giving whole 1year they only increase 1000rs of your salary.Every week they made new policy which you have to accept weather you're comfortable or not.Those people who are working their since 4 years they don't respect and give appreciate but for new employees they give good salary 3 times better salary and so many more things.

I have learned alot from the date I have joined. Whether it’s about updating yourself in the digital teaching world or learning new techniques through training.

The new joiners get a good and more salary as compared to us who is working in the organisation from 5-6 years

...maintaining data attending ptm via zoom daily and all these irrelevant work..... Rather they should be involved in teaching Bt seriously authority must pay attention towards the betterment of children not their data

...d during monsoon the rain water was inside the classroom,bathrooms were no lock.Parents were complaining for the ambience,all the teachers were suffering,they pay less than mentioned in the joining letter.Worst experience and principal was horrible.

Worst experience, specially principle,she was very abusive

Good company. As a teacher I got great exposure and experience. I love my subject planning team as they are prolific people with great knowledge and experience. Love working with them.

Dislikes

They do need to work on competitive salary package for teachers. Too much work due to staff shortage and micromanagement. Also the alot of amendments are required to improve the portal work and teacher facilities like amount of regularisation and leave policies, etc. Working hrs starts from 7:45 till 4:00pm
