Based on my experience with another pharma companies, it is the best in working environment and regarding output also. There is very minimal pressure in giving output in shifts. Leaves are also easily available. Though with poor financial crises Company have never left any stone unturned to provide all types of facilities.

Dislikes

U will not be benefited with yearly bonus.

Good work environment and culture teammates are supporting and the management is tranferent.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow

... for fresher and 6 months probation period for new employee who has experienced. Salary is fixed for fresher above 9200 only and negotiable for experienced new employee.

I dislike the management for not giving the amenities like Bonus, Yearly increments.

Worst. They are not providing salary with correct date. Then who peoples working with their notice period fully waste of money and time surely their not providing the settlement from the last 4 years so dont suggest that company. I just worked at there 18 months. So my final settlement arount 30 thousand still not given. So kindly dont suggest to anyone....

Teaching with training I likes the most At the same time SOP provides good understanding knowledge clearly Regular meeting for good improvement Good skill development place but some people are not good to teach the process.only they want to work like a Machine some incharge thinks themselves.

I'm from phase 19 in that place manager's are very bad and notorious They thinks they only owner of the company and tourting other employees to do unwanted work. Not giving certain respect to shift incharge, senior chemist who working for past 35years.
