There is nothing to like about this company. If this will be the world's last company to work with , still I would suggest don't work here.

...en used against you. If you support each other you are removed from the company. Let's not start on pay scale. The pay scale is pathetic, a recruiter with 5+yrs of experience is given 14k and a TL with 10+yrs of experience is given 20k. And there is nothing like incentives over here. There are lot of internal politics done by the management, aspecially buy a guy named Ajit P Mathew.

Some of the monthly interactions via Teams used to be fun. Apart from that, i can't think of anything that i liked.

Terrible Job Security. Horrible Pay- They don't even bother to tell you before cutting your salary and by how much. Monotonous work with no scope of growth and colleagues are not at all helpful. If you want to work this is the last place you should approach.

...ore growth at reaching one stage. Promotion. Need to extend hours till late eve. More work Pressure and less salary. More than work from office though we do work from home. Hectic job

...l Seniors and Manager's, lady managers uses word like they are literally abuse.. what the hell, in the sake of closures and pressure they misbehave with team members, never appreciates for your work, salary issues...cut tax like anything...10% TDS they cuts...salary is very less if you don't give closures they will cut your entire salary ...they should improve their management...

...'t say YES to Orcapod. They will just waste your months and degrade your resume. You won't be able to show last 3 months salary slip to your next organisation.
