...'t say YES to Orcapod. They will just waste your months and degrade your resume. You won't be able to show last 3 months salary slip to your next organisation.

Salary they give on time. Day of salary is fix. No issue.

They kick you out at any time with 7 days notice. I had read these types of reviews but i didn't believe it and joined. After 5 months job, suddenly they mailed me that there project with Client named Majesco is ended so after 7 days it will be your last working day. It's my genuine practical experience of orcapod.

Good clients and requirments to work on. Salaries on time. Very professional and systematic approach

Could be better compensation.. Suppose your salary has been decided 10k pm, then out of that 3k is fixed n rest is performance based.

They are fraud . Don't trust them . They attract employees by offering high salary .They are use to for hiring employee on contract and then fire them without prior notice . They also not give you salary . They are also used to do fraud with Clients . Not recommend for both clients and employees.

Nothing to be like. Worst company in my life. There is bo good work culture and salary deduction very high. They fixed my salary for 18 k and after deduction getting 6 k .
