Unprofessional, deducting fix salary for not achieving Target. That also 6000 to 11000. Though we are giving fix timing for work. Not appreciating efforts. Incentives given in break up that also not fix month. Less salary as employees are working from home. No job security Managers who does not understand employees. Only wants them to achieve Target

M working wd Orcapod from almost 7 months Here m getting very good exposure they have good clients. Every company have some pros and cons but overall its a good company to work if u really wants to grow in ur career... ☺️

...elfish they treat you based on your religion and which state you are working.... No hike, manager will not hearing words from their team members, they shift you to another team without notice

...l Seniors and Manager's, lady managers uses word like they are literally abuse.. what the hell, in the sake of closures and pressure they misbehave with team members, never appreciates for your work, salary issues...cut tax like anything...10% TDS they cuts...salary is very less if you don't give closures they will cut your entire salary ...they should improve their management...
