Salary package not improve I'm working with this company last 3years but not increment of this company 😔

there are nothing good , the is fully lala company , no job secure , no company culture good, no promations/ Appraisal, no skill development, salary release date every months of 7th at night, no manager visit to employee on client site ,does not received the call of employee, does not getting the email reply from HR, any time hr can be terminate without any chance

nothing is good, never work with this company, just advertised more and add more photo in linkdin and social site, (1)After 6 months complete confirmation letter is no given (2)any HR are not received the call client engineer, (3) the client site engineer is not called in the festival during diwali , and he is not given any gift client site engineer , (4) company can be terminate any time without any chance, (5)getting feedback from inside working employee (6)Manager never visit the client site engineer (7)salary release every months of 7th date late night (8) hr does note email replay quickly, (9)company are provide old laptop to employee (10) hr speaking skill very hard, (11) there is no leave police good

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
