Nothing, no cell phones, no canteen, no facilities, unprofessional staff and unskilled patel groups of family.

If you have experience in pharma please don’t join this company. Very bad culture and fake company running in Ahmedabad with various fake names like Novomis, ombit , novumgen, topiatech, sciom, orbit and many other unregistered names. This company run by a patel family of a Gujarati businessman totally staff becomes from mehsana district of Gujarat. If you are from other regions of Gujarat or India you will treated as a foreigner. No one will help to you in this organisation even unskilled patel family will try to learn your skills by cheating and other methods. I am a experienced person joined incidentally in this company and they harassed me than I have quite my job in few months. Personal and professional life was finished after joining. They trying to give Saturday off but nothing matter this for my irritating 5 working days. I quit my job in few months only

Good learning opportunity in dept. like R&D, ADL, F&D, RA freshers/early career seekers. Overall staff is nice and quite friendly. Office setup is good. Job opportunities are mostly available here for freshers as lots of people quit after 1-2 years. Same company is operating with 3 different names as mentioned above. Ambitious mgmt. with Good expansion plans.

To be honest, do not recommend the company for experienced professionals having 3+ years of work exp. There is NO growth opportunities, NO annual increment, NO offer/appointment letter after joining for a long time, NO PF/health insurance. Additionally, the management is super strict, rigid and unprofessional in communication. But I recommend this company for students who need to have a 1st hand experience of professional life bcos learning is good here for R&D dept. Company should plan actively for employee benefits activities as well apart from salaries! Sales staff is in poor condition.
