Company has totally automatic process of production, production quality is good,highly accurate machineries, Robatic technology used there. Labour work is comparatively less

Dislikes

Job satisfaction is poor,not providing any festival allowance,just work 10 hrs straight and don't go to and fro in single minute,not providing proper ventilation even in cantine, Not following any single rule as per standerd norms. Just want only production, nothing anything.

Better working culture as compared to other companies in metoda. Educated and we'll behaved directors. Transportation facility and food service available.
