The best part about working here is that my ideas and inputs are valued, and I feel motivated to work towards my goals. Learning and development are given the importance that it deserves. From online learning courses to management offsite, I have been working here for almost a year now, and have been promoted from being senior marketing executive to leading the team, here's hoping for even better times. A lot of my work-life balance prosperity is thanks to my manager as he has been instrumental in making sure i settle well and perform well despite the challenges.

Company is good. Culture of the company is healthy. HR team is very motivating. CEO has an optimistic and charming personality. I like the company as I have learnt many valuable lessons out there.

Dislikes

It's my personal opinion or could be my fault as well, could not get along with my lead. I would not talk bad about him but I think he should be more empathetic and supportive towards their team members.

Everyone is available to help you. Policies, benefits too tricky but good.

It’s growing business and things are in between. The work they are doing is totally different where you have to start everything from scratch.

They offer easy entry in semiconductor industry. Work life is good in comparison to manufacturing companies. Remote job is offered in tough times.

Dislikes

You need to constantly push for your growth, learning and even for your due credit. Politics is big time and some folks at higher level doesn't even understand the ground reality of work.
