I really wanted to share u those experiences i faced at OrBion this company doesn’t have a proper structure for working hours it only have 12 hrs work or 24 hrs work even the shift completion they will not let you go out of this company wanted you to stay back for another shift. Also worst culture in learning also never and no one will let you learn also the management never see the complaint box also a complaint was inside the box for many months if u complaint about anyone soon the person knows about your complaint and directly ask you about the thing. Along with food also not good .

1. More politics in the management. 2.Some employees are idle. They didn't evaluate the idle one. No collaboration in team.
