a senior quality lead

Help me with in hand salary

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions

Flexibility of timings. Top management is world class.

Dislikes

Team under the management is very authoritative, bossy and non compatible. They dont know their staff capabilities and who can be used where. Also, they think they know everything but they are pathetic and not good people to work with. This doesnt include the top most management. Top most management is fun to work with.

Nothing left to say in a 'positive' manner. Everything is totally 'negative'.

Dislikes

(1) Unprofessional Cultured and un-ethical practices; (2) Lack of Vision, Mission, Core Values & Objectives; (3) Lack of moral ethics and integrity; (4) Poor Management Performance; (5) Lack of Planning and Organizing Skills; (6) 100% favoritism and Regional Feeling Atmosphere (RFAs); (7) Salaries disbursement on quarterly basis for all Managerial Level Positions and one-two months delayed for below Asst. Manager Level Positions; (8) 100% Internal Political Environment (IPE); (9) 100% 'Mass-Rajas' & 'Mass-Maharaanies'; (10) Increments and Promotions based on 'Favoritism', 'Regional Feeling' & 'Caste Feeling'; (11) Nobody is available to listen your voice; incase if somebody raises his / her voice, they will be 'targeted' vigorously.
